Thus do you have a better understanding of Statistics?

In your own words,

2) How can you apply Statistics in your decision making?

ReplyDeleteI really did have a better understanding of Statistics.

ReplyDeleteIn your own words,

1) Explain what do you think Statistics is all about?

Statistics is having a whole lot sum of data, taking out a portion of this data you have, studying it, figure out how this portion make sense of the whole data.

2) How can you apply Statistics in your decision making?

Like for example, the executive committee of S1-03 wants to find out the class opinion and decision on the amount of class funds they should collect every month or week or 2 weeks. With a form asking the class, we can gain the data from all 21 people and we then uses statistics to make a few decisions like how much should they collect, once in how long do they collect the money and so on regarding the class funds.
